Many teenagers become overweight from learning to have a sedentary lifestyle at a very young age, this is usually due to parents having to work extended hours, and the kids just sit in front of the television or computer for hours after school each day. At this point they can barely walk down to the end of the street without being winded, much less competing in school sanctioned sporting events. Parents can enroll their son or daughter into a sports performance program that will prepare them for having that active physical lifestyle they need, and change their poor living choices, and habits before it is too late.

Even if they do not want to run with that pigskin up and down the field with others, football training will give them the strength, and endurance that will give them the energy levels they should have and by default become more active in their daily routines. Changing the body by losing fat, and gaining much needed muscle weight is only a part of the overall system to change their life for the better. Mind conditioning, and changed eating choices, and habits are needed to have that highly effective, but balanced lifestyle that all people should want in their lives.

Since children, and teens bodies react much quicker to athletic training they will rapidly see results in loosing fat, and gaining a well trimmed muscular body that they never had in the past. This will boost their confidence in all areas, and give them confidence in almost anything they try to accomplish.

The speed training involved in the Genesis program may not be thought of as a needed aspect of working out if they are not participating in school sports, but it will still give them an edge that may motivate them to go onto to joining the baseball or football team in the next season. Once they have a new set of tools for life, they will make different choices that will be in the positive for their benefit physically and mentally. Be warned, as a parent you may have to join the same program to keep up with your child after they have committed themselves to this plan of action.

The bottom line when you are an athlete are results, and without the proper sports performance and speed training you will always be lacking that needed advantage to out perform other members of your team, and unmercifully crush the life out of your competitors. Working out in a suburban gym, that is full of self help training gear will be good enough for the weekend warriors that play various sports, But for the serious athlete that wants to be at the head of pack constantly serious individualized training is required.

The level of commitment for this advance sports training involves not only the full participation of the student, but with the parents as well. With training time at a premium there needs to be full support by everyone involved. This level of focus needed to achieve this is only by making a personal decision, and will show through the pure dedication of the child and the parents to accomplish their goals in becoming the best possible athlete through their training program. Do not be surprised if you or offspring are rejected for training if the previously mentioned is not seen immediately by the trainer.

Whether it is baseball or football training, a lifestyle consisting of unending training, conditioning, stamina, and diet need to become second nature. Champions who wish to maintain their level and authority in their chosen sport utilize the extra time during any down time to keep up their physical conditioning, but also improve in areas that they normally do not have the extra time to working on during the normal playing season. Improving the speed of reaction time with your batting, or adding five miles per hour to your pitching does not happen by luck, or sitting on a rowing machine at some polished high-tech sports center. Always notice the unfailing champions of any sport, and you will see that they started out very young, and constantly built their performance levels up in all areas on a unswerving basis throughout their childhood, and through their teen years as well.

Even though you may practice quite a bit during wrestling season, you typically practice with people that you become accustomed to, and in a short time learn to defeat them with little effort. That being said, you do not have the same advantage in practicing with other teams to obtain the same edge. Therefore, muscle, staying power, and speed training are paramount in pinning each and every competitor you get on the mat with now and in the future. After a couple of months of focused training, you will literally frighten your opponents with the speed and strength you have fought forĀ  during those training sessions.
